Customer Service Analyst (El Salto)

The company specializes in end-to-end supply chain integration for the manufacturing industry, connecting integral operations, strategic customers, and suppliers from raw materials to finished products.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage customer requirements and provide timely responses.
• Follow up on material status, tracking numbers, inventories, and reports.
• Review damaged, non-conforming, or discrepant material.
• Create and follow up on NON CON material tickets.
• Coordinate follow‑up with Warehouse, Quality, Customs, Sales, and the customer.
• Follow up on OSD reports, rework processes, and customer complaints.
• Validate system information and ensure correct material location.
• Request PO or invoice corrections in case of discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with JUSDA internal policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professional judgment.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service, logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or corporate customer support.
• Knowledge of material follow‑up, inventories, shipping, or receiving processes.
• Experience handling incidents, discrepancies, or non‑conforming material.
• Effective communication, critical thinking, and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Sense of urgency and strong follow‑up skills.
• Intermediate Excel is desirable.
• English is required.
• Availability to work on‑site.
