RESPONSABILIDAD
- Manage (plan, execute, measure, and improve) Continuous Improvement Process initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead Kaizen / Workshops strategy across the plant.
- Manage WAVE (Tenneco CI tracking system) keeping it updated.
- Develop and monitor the Lean Manufacturing methodology.
- Coordinate and lead key projects to improve all levels of the organization.
- Monitor the established procedures related to your area in accordance with the IATF16949 Quality System.
- Comply with EHS regulations and ISO 14001.
