Senior Learning and Development Associate

Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective learning solutions
- Utilizing adult learning theories to develop engaging and impactful training content
- Managing learning platforms and systems to facilitate seamless training experiences
- Facilitating training sessions and discussions to promote a culture of continuous learning
- Analyzing data to inform insights and recommendations for training improvements
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand and address training needs and expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Pedagogy or related administrative fields
- At least 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English is required
