Job Description

  • Align and deploy integral HR strategies for the MX team.
  • Advise and guide line managers on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, labor relations, engagement, and performance management.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team in Houston.
  • Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for US employees, in partnership with our compensation provider.
  • Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to support hiring processes and meet global requirements.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Monitor HR KPIs, analyze trends, and propose strategic actions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for US employees, resolving issues promptly and suggesting improvements.
