Sr Clin Data Team Lead
Thermo Fisher Scientific
Senior Clinical Data Team Lead position supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients across multiple clinical trials. Lead data management for complex studies, oversee team performance, and serve as liaison between internal teams and external clients in a remote role based in Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Lead data management activities for high-volume, complex clinical studies
- Serve as interdepartmental and client liaison for all study activities
- Generate regular status reports for management and external clients
- Monitor study metrics and escalate issues per risk management protocols
- Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks to ensure timely project completion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification
- 5+ years of relevant clinical data management experience
- Strong English language proficiency, written and verbal
- Advanced computer skills with clinical data systems
- Leadership ability to direct and mentor study teams
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and clinical study protocols
- Project management and budget oversight experience
