Strategic Supplier Development Leader: Lean & NPI Readiness
Carrier Global Corporation
Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Supplier Development Leader in the Monterrey area to strengthen supplier performance and readiness across the supply base. You will work with supplier manufacturing operations to assess capacity, identify constraints, and drive improvements to support production and growth.
The role requires 7+ years in similar fields, a technical engineering degree, and strong Lean/problem-solving skills, plus advanced English for collaboration with global teams.
