Area Manager, Global Operations — People Leader

Link-Worldwide is seeking an Area Manager for Amazon Operations in Mexico, Jalisco. As an Area Manager, you will lead and develop a team of 30 to 100 Amazon Associates in a distribution warehouse environment, focusing on motivating, mentoring, and coaching your team.
This role emphasizes safety, quality, and team engagement. A bachelor's degree and experience managing teams are required. English and Spanish proficiency is essential, and candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
