Responsibilities

1. Observe the labor practices dictated by the company's code of ethics and internal work regulations.
2. Follow the work instructions established in the inspection procedures manual, quality control procedures and the sketches.
3. Check the traveler and welds in accordance with the procedure and equipment that appear on the SK.
4. Use safety equipment (welding mask, gloves, sleeves, smock).
5. At the end of the operation, transport parts to the next operation.
6. Apply degrease to all parts before welding.
7. Clean and replace the filament housing and filament.
8. Clean the glass windows and mirrors.
9. Clean the welding chamber to avoid part contamination.
10. Report any equipment malfunction quickly to the maintenance department.
11. If the door to the chamber is damaged when placing a rack of parts to be welded, or for any other reason that may cause radiation leakage, report it to the maintenance department.
12. Perform any operation when registered and trained.
13. Show qualification with at least one or more of the following tasks: gritblast, cleaning of parts, twist, shot peen, marking, ring assembly, cut off or hot form.
14. Register executed tasks to keep track.
15. Keep work areas in optimal conditions (5’s).
16. Adhere to standardized word activities and actively participate in continuous improvement according to business needs.
17. Other activities or responsibilities inherent to the position.

Qualifications

• Basic technical English language skills.
• Secondary (junior high school) education.
