Mushiny North America INC is now hiring a Control Engineer. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design, development, programming, and integration of control systems.
2. Develop and debug PLC code using Allen‑Bradley (Studio 5000) and Siemens (TIA Portal) platforms
3. Commission and troubleshoot electrical control systems: handle start‑up, diagnostics, field wiring, sensors, actuators, control panels, and communications.
4. Perform integrated system-level testing (Low‑volume, High‑volume) and finalize punch‑list items (software, electrical, mechanical) during SAT/FAT phases
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, software, and commissioning teams to deliver complete solutions.
6. Produce technical documentation: Control Functional Specifications, Wiring Diagrams, PLC design sheets, network/IP lists, OEE flow maps, commissioning checklists, and daily/weekly progress reports.
7. Provide onsite and remote troubleshooting and technical support to minimize downtime.

What We Are Looking For:

1. 3+ years of experience in the Material Handling industry .
2. Proven expertise with Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs (programming, troubleshooting, commissioning).
3. Experience commissioning conveyor systems , sorters , or robotics (AGV/AMR).
4. Willingness to travel and work on-site during project deployments.
5. Based in Mexico City or willing to relocate .
6. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronics, or related field.
