Location: This position is based in Mexico City.

Position Objective

Lead the design, production, and implementation of digital training solutions for corporate and sales teams, transforming business and product portfolio information into effective, timely, and measurable multimedia content through the use of learning methodologies, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital training strategies by creating multimedia content and overseeing all stages of pre-production, production, and post-production.
• Collaborate with instructional design teams to develop training solutions for corporate and sales audiences.
• Evaluate and select content creation technologies and tools, including AI, to remain at the forefront of digital learning.
• Maintain a strong understanding of internal commercial offerings to provide support at the corporate and VP/GM levels.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate all participating areas, establishing priorities, responsibilities, and work plans to ensure training objectives are met.
• Manage the publication, maintenance, and distribution of digital content across learning platforms and internal channels, ensuring availability, relevance, accessibility, and an effective user experience.
• Analyze digital training engagement and effectiveness metrics—including reach, interaction, completion rates, and learning outcomes—to optimize content and enhance the audience experience.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Digital Marketing, Psychology, Pedagogy, Engineering, or a related field. Degree completion required.
• Experience: At least five years of experience in similar positions, including team leadership experience.
• Language: Advanced English proficiency.

Licenses, certifications, and technical tools:

• Project management and collaboration: Asana, Slack, Trello, Microsoft 365, Miro, Mural, Kanban, Zoom, Webex, and Microsoft Teams.
• Learning and analytics: Articulate Storyline, Google Analytics, Tableau, and Viva Learning.
• Creative and multimedia production: Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Adobe Firefly, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Dreamweaver, Adobe XD, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Immersive technologies: Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, Spatial, and Onirix.
