Commissioning I&c Specialist (Túxpam de Rodríguez Cano)

As a Commissioning I&C; Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the successful commissioning and startup of projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, and calibration of instrumentation and control systems. You will collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful completion of commissioning activities and the safe and efficient operation of systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant I&C; activities during commissioning phase and be accountable to the I&C; Lead.
• Directly supervise construction and contractor craft during commissioning phase.
• Perform all instrument calibrations and instrument control-loop checkouts.
• Resolve Instrument Problems
• Complete and record all instrument calibration and loop check-out sheets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Previous experience in commissioning and startup of instrumentation and control systems.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems (Siemens T3000):
• Experience with testing and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs;, loop diagrams, and control narratives.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to instrumentation and control.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
