Senior Content Strategist

Role Overview

The Senior Content Strategist is responsible for developing and leading high-impact content strategies across multiple client brands. This position requires both strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate understands search intent, user psychology, and full-funnel content strategy, and can translate business objectives into content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and develop end-to-end content strategies aligned with business goals, pipeline, and revenue
• Build content roadmaps, briefs, and calendars across SEO, website, and marketing initiatives
• Write and edit high-quality SEO, marketing and web copy
• Define and maintain brand voice, positioning, and messaging consistency
• Optimize content for search intent, rankings, engagement, and conversion performance
• Own content workflows and delivery using Asana and cross-functional collaboration
• Lead client strategy discussions, presentations, and content validation
• Collaborate with web, SEO, paid, and creative teams to ensure integrated execution
• Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality output

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO, or content marketing
• Exceptional writing and editing skills across both SEO and marketing copy
• Strong understanding of SEO, search intent, and on-page optimization
• Exceptional at managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Highly organized with strong proactive communication and project management skills
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal) with client-facing experience
