What You Will Do

• Develop and implement manufacturing processes based on product specifications, ensuring process control and continuous improvement during production launches and ramp-ups.
• Actively support production line operations by problem-solving using analytical methods and maintaining accurate process documentation and standards.
• Drive process optimization initiatives while promoting adherence to 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing.
• Execute the strategy outlined by Design Process Engineers (DPEs), focusing on hands‑on activities during product launch and ramp‑up of tooling and production lines.
• Be consulted for process Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and provide feedback and proposals from the plant perspective to finalize manufacturing strategies for new projects.
• Lead the regular review and maintain of PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) in collaboration with quality engineers, ensuring follow‑up on action items and finalization in mass production.
• Provide ideas and support with tooling engineers to identify issues and propose corrective actions or design modifications for mass production improvement.
• Maintain and optimize operator Work Instructions (WI) and Training Documents aligned with the defined manufacturing strategy for each product in mass production and assist production in monitor compliance.
• Maintain routings and Bill of Materials (BOM) in the system, ensuring accuracy, alignment with manufacturing strategies, and meeting expectations for completeness and correctness.
• Release Engineering Change Notices (ECN) in internal plant process or Product Change Notices (PCN) request related to changes in BOM, processes, or methods initiated by the MPE, ensuring compliance with internal rules.
• Collaborate closely with DPEs, assuming greater accountability during later stages of product launches.
• Support flawless product launches for new product developments or capacity expansion by ensuring seamless handover of information.
• Focus on reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improving Process Overall Equipment Effectiveness (POEE) while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Operate as part of the plant‑based team, actively supporting shop floor operations.
• Actively support 5S, EHS, Quality, and Lean programs by following approved practices and procedures, performing clean‑up activities, and recommending improvements to management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree studies at the level of industrial, electronic, mechatronic or mechanical engineering or equivalent experience and qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering.
• Ability to analyze, improve, and control manufacturing processes, including documentation management and process change coordination.
• Experience in problem‑solving and cross‑functional collaboration with design, quality, tooling, and production teams to ensure process reliability and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, workplace safety, and quality standards, and practical use of manufacturing software and office productivity tools.

What Will Put You Ahead

• English level B2 Proficient User (Effective Operational Proficiency) Understand main ideas, produce clear detailed text, interact with native speakers fairly fluently.
• Knowledge of problem‑solving and Lean Manufacturing techniques (DMAIC, 5WHY's, Kanban, Kaizen, TPM, etc.).
• Knowledge of Poka Yoke Systems.
• Knowledge of 5's.
• SAP, Advanced management of computer tools (Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Able to use the necessary quality tools as it relates to this position.
