GERENTE DE GROWTH MARKETING
Prodynamics - Corporativo
El gerente de Growth Marketing coordina la gestión optimizada del presupuesto con crecimiento de tráfico mediante la identificación de canales y tipos de campañas más efectivas, generando mayor impacto en ventas de las tiendas y desarrollo de estrategias basadas en datos.
Enfoque:
Desarrolla e implementa estrategias de crecimiento escalable en tiendas, ecommerce y venta conversacional.
Experimentación continua y optimización a traves de análisis de nuevas metodologías de IA.
Ejecuta dinámicas para impulsar la adquisición, activación, retención y recomendación de clientes emitidas por el departamento de experiencial del Cliente, Marketing Tradicional y Comercial.

Concentración en métricas de inversión redituables (medios, tiendas crecimiento de tráfico y resultados medibles de nuevas iniciativas comerciales.
Optimización de recursos.
Mejorar la asignación del presupuesto basada en performance y datos.
Coordinación Cross-funcional
Alineación mejorada entre equipos para objetivos comunes, nuevos lanzamientos de servicios y estrategias de nuevos canales
Cultura de Experimentación
Innovación continua mediante testing y aprendizaje ágil
