Staff Quality Engineer - NPI, Process Improvement, 8D

CommScope in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Staff Quality Engineer to support new product development and ensure quality adherence to processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities include conducting product reviews, leading root cause analysis, and collaborating with various teams to improve quality. Proficiency in English and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
