Lead Electronics Product Launch Engineer

Rivian is seeking a Product Launch Engineer to oversee the transition of cutting-edge electronic components into high-volume production in Mexico. You will serve as the technical liaison with contract manufacturers and suppliers to optimize manufacturing processes and improve production quality.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and has over 7 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly with PCBAs. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential for cross-functional collaboration.
