Tasks and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred in Mechatronics engineering).
• Recent graduate to 2 years of successful experience in related field.
• Advanced English - Written and Oral.
• Strong foundational knowledge of engineering principles.
• Strong problem‑solving ability with a proactive approach to addressing commissioning challenges.
• Basic knowledge of the organization’s business practices and issues.
• Applied knowledge in either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs.
• Applied knowledge on AC drives, both open & closed loop.
• Applied knowledge in Ethernet IP network design and machine safety a plus.

What We Are Looking For

• Tests and brings systems into an operational state.
• Ability to work individually and in small/large teams from different regions.
• Document Job Activities through written reports.
• Flexibility to travel to multiple projects depending on project schedules.
• Maintain the administrative responsibilities along with site responsibilities in order.
• Attend daily planning/safety meetings.
• Compile information into detailed technical reports.
• Report and follow up on any issues to the manager/lead.
• Report & track safety issues during field operations.
