Program Manager

El PM es una parte integral del la organización matricial funcional-programa y es la interfaz operacional primaria con el cliente en las operaciones del día a día. Es responsabilidad de esta posición: Liderar el desempeño total de su cuenta a través de su CIT y coordinando responsabilidades compartidas entre los departamento funcionales para segurar excelencia operativa y financiera. Tiene Autoridad para: Modificar estructuras organizacionales, equipo capital o recursos varios cuando el programa muestre debilidades operativas y problemas evidentes con el cliente, esto es; quitar y poner gente de acuerdo a las necesidades cambiantes del negocio.

- Conocimiento de la norma ISO13485, cuando se vaya a desempeñar para proyectos médicos. Nota: Aplica para proyectos médicos, para el resto de las plantas consultar SOP-Q-100701-R
- E&O, Offset Inventory, ECO´S.
