Supply Chain Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and issuance of Requests for Quotations (RFQs).
• Follow up with suppliers regarding quotations, purchase orders, and deliveries.
• Assist in supplier evaluations and commercial analysis.
• Maintain procurement documentation and purchasing records.
• Support sourcing, supplier management, and procurement initiatives.
• Participate in process improvement and cost optimization projects.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
• Assist with reporting and procurement-related activities as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, or related fields.
• Expected graduation date of at least one year from the internship start date.
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interest in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
