We're looking for a fully Bilingual Systems Engineer with experience troubleshooting network and internet connectivity issues who is interested in automation projects and is looking to expand in that area. The job is 100% on site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues
• Configure routers, switches, and modems for small businesses
• Provide hands‑on technical support and ensure network security
• User support
• Installation and configuration of systems
• Maintain IT infrastructure
• Automation projects
• Network administration and setup

Requirements

• Bilingual in English
• Experience in network setup and troubleshooting
• Experience in Google Suite, GCP, and Azure administration, including IAM management
• Setup and manage technology for video conferencing and meeting‑room reservation across multiple office locations in the US
• Managing and maintaining software expenses
• Hardware asset tracking
• Strong knowledge of IP addressing, firewalls, and VPNs
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑focused attitude
• Strong skills in handling large datasets and solving technical issues
• Advanced SQL for data management and analysis

Offer

$30,000 to $45,000 per month, according to experience. SGMM Christmas bonus of up to 4 weeks. 30% vacation bonus.
