Job Title: Accounting Manager | Sage Intacct Location: Remote — Latin America excluding Venezuela; Mexico sourcing focus. Salary Range: Up to USD 4,500 per month, depending on experience. Work Schedule: US business hours; exact schedule confirmed during selection. Contractor Note: Independent contractor position. Company Overview: Sagan connects experienced international professionals with US-based businesses. About the Role: Own day-to-day accounting operations and lead a remote accounting team. Improve accounting processes and team delivery with hands-on Sage Intacct experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day accounting operations and improve processes.
- Manage, guide and develop a remote accounting team.
- Use Sage Intacct to support reliable accounting workflows.
- Hands-on accounting management experience, with ownership of daily operations and team delivery.
- Proven Sage Intacct experience is required.
- Very fluent English for leading and supporting a remote team.
- ServiceTitan experience, ideally in HVAC or home services.
- Excel and Power Query skills.
