Role Overview

We are looking for a Rewards Intern to support our Total Rewards team in Mexico. This internship provides hands‑on exposure to benefits administration, total rewards analytics and cost‑optimization initiatives, while partnering closely with regional and global Rewards colleagues. The position may be eligible for conversion to full‑time depending on performance, business needs and position availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Total Rewards team in Mexico.
• Assist with benefits administration and related processes.
• Contribute to total rewards analytics and cost‑optimization projects.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global Rewards colleagues.
• Learn how organizations design and manage competitive, cost‑effective reward programs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with data.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
• Interest in compensation, benefits, and total rewards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a collaborative Rewards team, learning from teammates while contributing ideas, analyses and support across initiatives.
