Accounting Sr. Specialist (Xico)

Responsibilities

Proven skills in process automation, improving operational efficiency and reducing costs, strong process and service orientation, and a customer‑centric attitude. Proven team player and builder, adept at managing stakeholders in demanding, time‑critical situations. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment. Experience in P2P and 02C activities, including researching and following up exceptions/hold issues on pending collections with the Sales team and other functions, monitoring AR/AP/Invoicing aging and past‑due collection reports, and participating in month‑end processes. Ensuring J‑SOX processes and audit requirements are followed; assisting with developing, recommending, and implementing process improvements to maintain compliance with company policies and local tax regulations. Supporting the AR/AP/Invoicing Manager in streamlining processes to create efficiencies in customer collections. Providing active support on improvement projects, testing, and data analysis, while managing customer relationships and ensuring first‑rate customer service. Maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to maximize customer satisfaction. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fiscal areas, preferably with service to LATAM or Brazil.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting, or related role.
• Experience in fiscal areas, preferably service to LATAM or Brazil.
• Previous experience in project implementation.
  • Technical accounting and internal controls knowledge and experience.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑transaction‑volume corporate environment.
  • Detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
  • Experience with SAP preferred.

Language Level

Fluid in English, both spoken and written.
