Team Overview
Join our dynamic and innovative Courier Labs team, a part of the SSL Delivery division within DiDi. Our mission is to drive groundbreaking projects centered around couriers and delivery services. We are a group of global last‑mile industry experts, united by our passion for innovation and our drive to push boundaries. Role Responsibilities
1. Performance Management - Collaborate with the Vendor Account Manager team to establish and implement performance goals.
- Monitor goal execution progress, e.g., by developing and maintaining performance tracking dashboards.
2. Incentive & Policy Design - Design and optimize incentive structures for Account Managers.
- Refine Account Manager management policies to improve efficiency and motivation.
3. Operational Support - Assist Account Managers in organizing vendor‑related meetings, events, and engagements.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication between internal teams and vendors.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in performance management, incentive design, or account/operations support.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data tracking tools and collaborative platforms.
- English language is needed.
