Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with proven experience in the manufacturing sector. This role involves leading a small team, developing marketing strategies, and driving initiatives that strengthen our brand and market position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage digital campaigns and industry events.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Oversee content creation for digital platforms, brochures, and technical materials.
  • Budget, forecast and market strategies to improve the presence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, within manufacturing or tools industry.
  • Leadership.
  • Team management.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Fluent in English.
