Test Engineer 4

This role has primary responsibility for confirmation that our products meet their intended function. This includes development of data that informs product development as well as test reports that support product submissions. The candidate will work within a team environment to solve problems and utilize best practices and techniques for root cause and statistical analysis. This work entails defining test methods, developing protocols, performing data analysis, and writing reports in compliance with corporate procedures.

Education: BS Industrial ,Electrical , Mechanical or Computer Engineering

• Minimum 8 Years of experience in the manufacturing industry in this or similar role.
• Advanced English Language

Technical Skills

1. Keysight 3070, Teradyne ICT test systems proven expertise, development and support Flying probe is a plus.
2. Product strain measuring techniques
3. Strong electronics knowledge and analysis tools.
4. Strong experience with measuring and instrumentation, RF instrumentation knowledge is a plus
5. Testst and and labview and other software development tools desirable
6. Strong statistical analysis tools expertise, Minitab preferred
7. Total productive maintenance
8. MSA and CPK tools
9. Core tools certification desirable
10. IATF 16949 knowledge
11. Code of conduct of the responsible business alliance and quality
12. Competency of 6-sigma or equivalent statistical, problem-solving methodology
13. 6 Sigma tools

Responsibilities

1. Develop and support software and hardware solutions using ICT test systems Keysight 3070, Teradyne, others.
2. Develop and support software and hardware solutions for functional testers.
3. Conduct statistical analysis and improve the testing process
4. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
5. Experience with database management and project management.
6. Demonstrated ability to influence others within the organization to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches.
7. Self-Starter with excellent problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to prioritize complex tasks.
8. Works with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure that product launches, and product quality standards are maintained.
9. Ability to design and take ownership of test stations including interpretation of electrical schematics, understanding of instrumentation specifications and write testing software code.
10. Deep hands-on technical expertise, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills.
12. Ability to meet deadlines and maintain professional demeanor while working under pressure.
13. Ability to effectively anticipate needs and proactively make arrangements, provide information, and contact sources to gather information.
