HR Shared Services Generalist: Customer-Centric Support
Jabil
Jabil in Mexico is seeking an HR Shared Services Generalist who serves as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries via phone, email, or portal. You will resolve issues with HR programs, benefits, compensation, and compliance, delivering timely, accurate responses.
You will work with Workday, ADP HRIS, Kronos and other systems, maintain confidential records, and support HR projects while upholding customer service excellence and professional communication.
