Customer Experience - Sales Support (Work from Home)

Location: Mexico (Fully Remote)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST

About the Role

We are a U.S.-based company seeking a motivated Customer Experience - Sales Support professional to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in sales and/or customer service who are confident communicators, enjoy connecting with people, and can manage leads efficiently.

While the position includes some customer service tasks, this is primarily a sales-forward role, perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving results.

This is a 100% remote position , open exclusively to candidates residing full-time in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads through cold calls and emails to start conversations
• Conduct calls and virtual meetings to present and promote our products/services
• Build strong rapport with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close mutually beneficial deals
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication to ensure client satisfaction
• Learn and stay up to date on all product details in our catalog
• Track leads, opportunities, and activities using our CRM system
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to meet goals
• Work independently with strong initiative and sound judgment

What We’re Looking For

• Advanced English (spoken, written, and listening)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a hybrid role
• Strong computer and system navigation skills (CRM experience preferred)
• Ability to multitask effectively 
• Positive and professional communication style
• Fast typing skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently

Nice-to-Have (Not Required)

• Experience with outbound calls
• Prior experience supporting U.S. customers
• Goal-driven mindset or sales training background
