Universidad Xochicalco campus Tijuana Solicitamos: Director de Escuela de Comunicación Estudios: Título universitario en Ciencias de la Comunicación , Mercadotecnia o carrera afín. Maestría o posgrado en el área es altamente deseable. Experiencia: Mínimo de 5 a 8 años en puestos directivos o gerenciales liderando áreas de logística global, tráfico, operaciones aduaneras y cumplimiento legal. Experiencia en Docencia Idiomas: Dominio avanzado/fluido del inglés (indispensable); se valoran otros idiomas según la región de negocio Funciones Principales Estrategia Global: Diseñar y ejecutar planes de expansión internacional, optimizando rutas y costos de transporte Cumplimiento Aduanero: Supervisar los procesos de despacho de aduanas, clasificación arancelaria y pago de contribuciones fiscales o aranceles. Gestión de Relaciones: Coordinar de forma directa con agentes aduanales, autoridades gubernamentales, transportistas y proveedores internacionales. Mitigación de Riesgos: Implementar auditorías preventivas para asegurar apego estricto a tratados comerciales, regulaciones no arancelarias y normativas legales vigentes. Competencias y Habilidades Liderazgo y Dirección: Habilidad para guiar equipos multidisciplinarios e internacionales. Negociación Avanzada: Capacidad para cerrar acuerdos estratégicos con proveedores y socios comerciales.
