Objective

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tech Lead to lead a development team on cutting‑edge projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical development teams, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality projects.
• Design and implement technological solutions based on clean architectures and hexagonal architecture.
• Manage Postgres databases and optimize their performance.
• Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes using GitHub.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and business needs, especially in the reinsurance field.
• Facilitate communication and negotiation between technical teams and business areas.
• Be proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and solving technical problems.

Requirements

Academic training in Computer Systems Engineering or related fields.

• Solid knowledge of Node.js, React.js, TypeScript, TypeORM.
• Hexagonal Architecture, Clean Architecture and software design.
• Postgres databases.
• Continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Repository management in GitHub.
• Cloud infrastructure with AWS.
• Favorable experience in the reinsurance sector or having worked in related companies.
