Buscamos un Supervisor de Producción que lidere las operaciones en piso, asegurando el cumplimiento del plan productivo con altos estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia.

Objetivo del puesto
Garantizar el cumplimiento del plan de producción mediante la correcta ejecución de actividades operativas, liderazgo del equipo, control de recursos y enfoque en mejora continua, asegurando el logro de indicadores clave del área.
Responsabilidades principales
- Asegurar el cumplimiento del plan de producción diario.
- Liderar y promover una cultura de seguridad (cero accidentes).
- Implementar y dar seguimiento a iniciativas de mejora continua (Kaizen, 5’s, mantenimiento autónomo).
- Gestionar incidencias operativas y proponer soluciones.
- Proveer soporte y recursos al personal operativo.
- Mantener comunicación efectiva con otras áreas y plantas.
- Supervisar el uso de productos químicos en coordinación con el área correspondiente.
- Controlar inventarios de materias primas.
- Monitorear indicadores de producción mediante tableros hora x hora (estándar vs real).

Requisitos
Escolaridad:
- Ingeniería Mecánica Administrativa, Industrial o Química
Experiencia:
- 3 a 5 años en supervisión de producción o jefatura de área
Conocimientos técnicos:
- SAP
- Excel y herramientas Office (presentación de proyectos)

Oferta
- Sueldo: $20,000 – $21,000 brutos mensuales
- Turnos disponibles:
- Turno 1: 7:00 am a 4:30 pm
- Turno 2: 4:30 pm a 1:30 am
