NPI Engineer

Pegatron is a top manufacturing company that mainly develops computing, communications and consumer electronics for branded vendors. We also develops, designs and manufactures computer peripherals and components.

We are looking for a proactive person who is eager to learn to help us coordinate and successfully carry out projects.

General activities

Being a bridge between design and production by optimizing assembly workflows, validating designs for manufacturability, and ensuring smooth, cost-effective product launches on the factory floor.

We look for people with knowledge and experience at:

• Leadership : Able to lead meetings, asign activities and being autonomous at daily activities 
• Design : Conduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews with the R&D teams to ensure products can be efficiently mass-produced.
• Process Development: Develop manufacturing processes, write work instructions, and define the necessary tooling, fixtures, and test flows for pilot and production builds.
• Prototype to Production: Coordinate pilot builds, analyze testing data (like First Time Yield), and troubleshoot issues to scale up smoothly.
• Quality & Testing: Establish quality metrics (e.g., FMEA, control plans) and ensure validation processes meet regulatory and company standards before releasing to manufacturing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• 3-5+ years in a manufacturing, process, or NPI engineering role
• Conversational english 85%+
