Full stack Engineers - Azure, .Net

For CloudOps team, eInfochips is looking for a Eng/Sr.Eng with 5+ years of Cloud infrastructure experience. Candidate should have experience in Linux based Systems, backup and storage administration, infrastructure performance and availability and public cloud environments. Additionally, good understanding and hands‑on experience of the AWS and deployment orchestration through Kubernetes.

Technical Skills

• Must have experience working on Linux Server Administration with at least one scripting language.
• Must have hands‑on experience in AWS Cloud, and Kubernetes Orchestration.
• Good to have experience with infra‑automation using Terraform | Ansible.
• Good to have experience of CI/CD pipeline using Harness | Jenkins.
• Good to have knowledge of Cloud Operation and Agile Release Processes, and L2/L3 Ticketing process.
• Should understand Application Performance Monitoring tools such as Instana, Grafana, PagerDuty, Pingdom and Cloud Watch.
• Should have experience with source control and management tools like Git.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Should be able to work in overlapping shifts with IST time zone for support of infrastructure, weekly rotational shifts. Ability to work in 24x7 mode shifts is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Design, implement and maintain highly available, scalable AWS infrastructure and services within a managed service environment and continual re‑evaluation.
• Manage the deployments in environments such as QA/Stage/Production and engage stakeholders as required, and adhere to SLA.
• Build, deploy and manage Kubernetes clusters through automation like Terraform.
• Institute infrastructure as code, security and process automation and automation of routine maintenance tasks.
• Security and vulnerability patching.
• Create and deliver knowledge sharing presentations and documentation.
• Learning on the job and exploring new technologies with little supervision.
• Participate and lead war‑room/outage calls and ensure RCA process to be implemented.
• Cross‑located team management to create a self‑managed team, support skill development, provide growth path, performance evaluation, attrition management.
• Customer management for daily calls to discuss progress/updates, weekly & monthly status reporting, lead calls with cross‑functional team for creating new service monitors.
• Ability to work with and influence cross‑functional teams of customer/eInfochips.
• Delivery management to ensure well‑defined SLAs and adherence of the same by self/team using delivery tracking tools – JIRA / Confluence.
• Quality management to contribute that all deliverables from eInfochips are following quality processes of eInfochips and customer.
• Documentation of processes / status reporting / SoPs for future reference.

Qualifications

• Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and 10+ years of experience in IT Ops.
• Good to have certification towards RHEL, AWS Cloud services, Kubernetes, scripting language is preferable.

Roles & Responsibilities – Technical Manager

The Technical Manager is a key position in the Engineering Business Unit. The TM plays a leadership role in driving the engineering responsibilities on Technical and Managerial front as per the Statement of Work (SOW) signed with the Clients from multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordination with client, vendors, offshore / onsite team.
• Daily‑weekly‑monthly‑quarterly project reviews.
• Team management (Hiring, PIP, Reviews and conflict, escalation, training needs and overall management).
• Ability to manage geographically spread technical teams.

Experience Required

• Understand effort estimates and technical proposal preparation.
• Strong fundamentals & problem‑solving skill.
• Strong process awareness of CMMi level 3 & above.

DevOps Engineer Role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work together with other cloud engineers, architects, developers, and customer engineering teams to:

• Dev/Ops practices, procedures, and execution for SaaS Solutions Deployment Planning, Execution and Validation skills.
• Deep technical understanding of application and cloud‑native deployment and design, including middleware options, protocols, API gateways, and platform infrastructures.
• Knowledge of cloud security controls including tenant isolation, encryption at rest, encryption in transit, key management, vulnerability assessments, app firewalls.
• Understanding of SaaS products as Azure IoT Hub, Event Hub, Service Bus, Cosmos.
• Experience implementing and operating mission‑critical technology components with HA, DR, and Business Continuity capabilities.
• Good understanding of Infrastructure as a Service / Code using Terraform pipelines.
• Azure application development or support experiences with Azure PaaS services (Redis Cache, Service Bus, Event Hub, Cloud Service, IoT suite, Web Apps, etc.).
• Implement a container build and deploy strategy.
• Experience on Azure Service Fabric clusters and troubleshoot using App Insight.
• Implement infrastructure compliance, security, and continuous feedback mechanism.
• Experience in continuous integration and dependency management.
