Strategic Program Manager - Cross-Functional Projects
BorgWarner
BorgWarner is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business goals. You will lead diverse teams, develop budgets, monitor performance, and report progress from initiation to completion.
The role requires a BS in business, engineering or similar, 5 years of cross-functional experience, and fluent English. Strong communication and finance literacy are essential for success in this global team.
