Manufacturing Engineer: Lead Process Improvement & NPI
Molex
Molex in Sonora, Mexico, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to production lines, develop manufacturing procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with Quality, Engineering, Production, Planning, and Suppliers to improve production performance and implement new processes.
Responsibilities include reducing customer claims, ensuring on-time delivery, cost and scrap reduction, and supporting process automation.
