About the Role

Landing is bringing renting into the 21st century and using AI to power this vision. This team is like AI special ops — we are working with all areas of the business to help them create automated solutions to problems. We're looking for someone to join this team who is excited about finding gaps in the business, validating them with data, and prototyping solutions rapidly with AI.

Responsibilities

• Build internal tools and customer-facing features on top of LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, open-source models)
• Design and maintain prompt chains, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows
• Prototype rapidly — often going from idea to working demo in days, not sprints.
• Spend as much time with teams learning what’s needed as you do building
• Wire AI into existing systems (APIs, databases, CRMs, Slack, etc.)
• Own the full stack of a feature — frontend, backend, model integration, deployment

What We’re Looking For

• You have built real AI tools that created real value for end users
• Strong product instinct — can talk to a non-technical stakeholder, understand the need, and build the right thing without heavy spec
• Data driven — willing to dig far into the data, often creating new reporting, to find the root causes of problems that need solving
• You are constantly using AI to make yourself faster and more capable in your work
• Fluent English speaker
