HR Recruitment Intern (Querétaro)

What will you do?

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process for operational roles (operators, technicians, etc.).
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines in recruitment systems.
• Support mass hiring events and hiring campaigns (including job fairs).
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs (time to fill, pipeline health) and provide updates.
• Collaborate closely with HRBP, Hiring Managers, and Talent Acquisition teams.

Who will you report to?

• You will report to the HR Manager and work closely with:
  • Hiring Managers (Operations)
  • HR and Training teams

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Availability to work part-time/full-time as per internship requirements.
• Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts is a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint preferred).
• Strong communication skills.
• Availability to work 100% onsite.
• Availability to work from 7 a.m. - 2 p.m. or 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
• Graduation date mid-2027.
