Project Manager - Global Logistics Projects

At ZEISS , we are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Global Logistics Projects to join our team in Mexico City and contribute to international Supply Chain and Logistics initiatives across different ZEISS business units and regions.

Your mission

You will lead complex, cross-functional logistics and Supply Chain projects from planning through implementation, working with international stakeholders, strategic logistics providers, IT partners, suppliers, and internal teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards , while coordinating teams and stakeholders across different countries and functions.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management / Logistics within an international organization.
• Strong experience managing complex or large-scale projects .
• Solid Project Management capabilities, including timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, deliverables, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with SCM processes and IT/SAP environments .
• University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Lean Management knowledge is highly valued.
• SAP SCM knowledge/certifications are highly valued.

English proficiency is a MUST.

This is a 100% bilingual role (English–Spanish) . You will work directly with international teams and stakeholders, so full professional proficiency in English is required.
