Project Coordinator (Industrial Designer)

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the comprehensive execution of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with the established scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards set by the company. The role is responsible for maintaining effective communication among all involved departments and internal or external customers to ensure successful project delivery.

2. Key Responsibilities

Develop the project master plan, including scope, schedule, resources, and budget.

Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the project, including Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance, and other relevant departments.

Monitor project activities and ensure adherence to committed timelines and milestones.

Manage project budgets and control cost variances.

Identify project risks and establish mitigation plans.

Manage scope changes and ensure proper documentation and approval processes.

Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external customers.

Lead project review meetings and prepare executive progress reports.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Conduct formal project closure and document lessons learned.

Create and maintain project Bills of Materials (BOM).

Submit purchase requisitions for project materials and resources.

3. Administrative Responsibilities

Create and follow up on purchase orders related to project activities.

Maintain and control project documentation.

Monitor and coordinate suppliers and contractors.

Review and validate technical deliverables.

Report project performance indicators (KPIs) to Management.

Technical Skills

Project Management knowledge (PMI methodology preferred).

Strategic planning.

Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Monday.com, Asana, and ERP systems.

Ability to interpret technical drawings and documentation (depending on industry).

5. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, Industrial Design, or a related field.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project management or coordination of operational areas.

Language: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, depending on business needs.

Preferred Certifications: PMP certification or formal training/certificates in Project Management.
