Senior Instructor - AI-Driven CRM Training
Salesforce
Salesforce is seeking a Salesforce Instructor to deliver engaging training on its products. Responsibilities include conducting live virtual and in-person sessions, guiding hands-on exercises, and troubleshooting. Ideal candidates should be strong communicators with experience in customer engagement. Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce and programming experience is a plus, and proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is advantageous.
