About FUNBOX

FUNBOX is the largest indoor bounce park and party center. With a 2,000 square meter bounce park, arcade, and private birthday rooms, we create unforgettable experiences for kids and families.

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented assistant to help us manage customer calls and birthday bookings.

Availability Required: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Pacific Time, with some Saturday availability as needed.

Work Arrangement: Remote initially, with the possibility of transitioning to an on-site position in Monterrey, N.L. in the future.

Requirements

• Advanced to fluent-level English speaking, reading, and writing skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in call center and/or customer service roles
• Previous experience handling customer inquiries and providing support by phone
• Sales experience, including identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate options, and upselling
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage bookings and customer information accurately
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Reliable availability for the required schedule, including weekends
• Comfortable learning and working with online booking and customer management systems

Responsibilities

Phone Support

• Answer incoming phone calls about birthday party packages, including pricing and availability, as well as general customer questions
• Call customers with reserved birthday parties to confirm booking details, including guest count, policies, and times
• Provide clear, friendly, and professional assistance to customers over the phone
• Help customers identify the birthday package, time, or option that best fits their needs

Booking Management

• Reserve birthday parties using our online ticketing platform
• Send confirmation emails for birthday bookings
• Accurately record and confirm customer and reservation information
• Keep booking details organized and up to date

Compensation

$16,000 MXN $20,000 Monthly
