GT Insite Manufacturing Supervisor

About the Position

We are looking for a Manufacturing Supervisor to join the Manufacture GTS team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes (Insite Nissan A1) city. As the Operational Unit Senior Specialist at Marelli, you will be responsible for overseeing all production operations to ensure that products are manufactured efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient and effective delivery of technical services that align with Marelli's business objectives.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expertise and guidance to technical teams in resolving complex issues.
• Project Management: Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure the operational unit meets its KPIs.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Manufacturing process experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Skills: Leadership, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
