Colgate-Palmolive in San José Iturbide, Guanajuato, Mexico is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to plan, deploy, and support MES and industrial technology across the plant. You will bridge IT infrastructure and shop-floor automation while aligning with global guidelines to boost productivity in a safe environment.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing or IT operations, hands-on MES experience (AVEVA/System Platform), PLC programming, and strong English proficiency.
