Description: As a trainer, you will deliver a two-week new hire onboarding, a transformative approach to skilling FTE Technical Support Engineers (TSEs) that reduces Time to Competency (T2C). Using an AI-First delivery model, you will lead in-person sessions covering non-technical customer service topics, including professional skills as well as process, procedure, tool, and AI skills. Your focus is providing a solid foundation for all TSEs in their first two weeks, delivering the core and common content every engineer needs regardless of the technology they will ultimately support, before they move on to phase two of onboarding, which centers on technical training.

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven instructor, trainer, facilitator, teacher, or learning & development background.

Strong presentation and classroom facilitation skills.

Experience managing groups in person.

High energy, engaging personality, and strong communication skills.

Comfortable working onsite full time.

Ability to lead independently when needed.

Continuous improvement and innovation mindset.

Collaborative and adaptable.

Able to handle repetitive onboarding cycles without losing enthusiasm.

Comfortable using AI-enabled learning experiences and technology-driven training approaches.
