PRODUCT MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Management Associate in Mexico City to develop and execute marketing strategies for surgical product portfolios. The role combines product strategy, go-to-market planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth within the MedTech division.
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing and strategic planning for assigned portfolio
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Develop brand strategies including positioning, segmentation, and lifecycle management
- Lead pricing activities and manage P&L and advertising budgets
- Collaborate with sales teams, surgeons, and key opinion leaders on customer needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
- 5+ years commercial experience in sales and/or marketing
- Healthcare sector background preferred
- Product launch and product management/strategy experience
- Fluent in English with strong communication and influencing abilities
- Analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Cross-functional collaboration and customer-centric problem-solving mindset
