Bilingual Academic Specialist (Guadalajara)

We are looking for a: Bilingual Academic Specialist (English/Spanish).

The objective of this role will be to design and deliver high‑value experiences that highlight the benefits and effectiveness of our learning systems, with the goal of building trust, sparking interest, and strengthening purchase or retention decisions from educational institutions. All of this is aimed at significantly contributing to the continuous improvement of educational quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attention and follow up (in person and online) with our active schools and potential clients.
• Stay up to date in the educational field and our learning systems.
• Manage demo classes and product presentations that highlight the key elements of AMCO's learning systems.
• Create descriptive arguments aligned with our marketing strategies that serve as an extra support to the sales process and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience as a teacher in charge of a group.
• Advanced English (C1-C2 required).
• Spanish (B2 level or higher).

Specific Knowledge Required

• Teaching and didactics.
• Classroom management skills.
• Design and development of educational material.
• Availability to travel across Mexico and Latin America.
