Position Purpose

Design, lead, and transform the Monitoring Center through the implementation of automation technologies, Artificial Intelligence, advanced analytics, and intelligent systems that enhance risk prevention, optimize operations, reduce costs, and convert operational data into strategic business decisions.

This role will be responsible for evolving the Monitoring Center from a reactive operation into a predictive, data-driven, and technology-enabled strategic function.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Transformation

• Lead the technological transformation of the Monitoring Center.
• Design and implement automation initiatives.
• Develop and deploy Artificial Intelligence solutions for monitoring operations.
• Automate repetitive operational processes.
• Eliminate manual activities through technology.
• Drive digitalization across monitoring and security processes.
