Who we are

REXX Studio is a venture studio that co-founds tech companies for under-digitalized mid-market industries. We engineer every company from Day 0 for Private Equity roll-up buyouts and venture scale. REXX acts as co-founder and first allocator on every company.

Role Summary

You are the studio's full-funnel commercial operator. Your primary job is to go close - in person, on camera, or at the door, wherever the deal requires. For every venture in the early GTM phase, you are the first salesperson on the ground. You also build the outbound infrastructure and sales playbooks that founders inherit as they scale, and you run structured outreach to surface the domain experts who become REXX's next EIRs.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary salesperson for each venture during the early GTM phase until the EIR is fully ramped
• Show up in person wherever the deal requires - travel, door-knock, and close without hesitation
• Prospect, sequence, follow up, and close deals personally through direct outreach
• Record every customer interaction to build reusable sales playbooks for incoming founders
• Run structured outreach to identify domain experts and potential EIR candidates for the studio
• Own early GTM for REXX Studio itself - outreach, positioning, and inbound interest generation

Requirements & Background

• Background in business, marketing, or roles involving direct selling and client acquisition
• Has closed deals where the answer started as a no
• Experience building outbound systems using tools like Apollo, Clay, or Instantly
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Relentless and high-output - willing to do the unglamorous, repetitive work of early sales
• Equally strong on camera and in person - can represent a brand credibly in any room
• Low ego, high ownership - the closer who also documents everything so others can replicate it
• AI-native approach to prospecting and sequencing to maximize human closing time
