We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today!Responsible for technically supporting Copeland AC OEMs for NOLA (Mexico and Central America)Primary Duties and Responsibilities:* Provide Technical Support for the full Copeland product portfolio (compressors, controls and accessories) to AC OEMs including but not limited to: + Product selection + Engineering Support to new product implementations and engineering changes + Production Line Support for pilot runs and standard production + Warranty Administration + Sample Coordination + undefined + Proactively interact with cross functional teams including Product Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Sales and Operations + Act as a liaison between the customer and Copeland ́s product engineering, development team and lab personnel. + Development of Application Profiles + Customer Training + Develop, translate or adapt product application bulletins. + Represent Copeland at industry forums and conferences * Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering. * Strong HVAC background including chillers, heat pumps and air handlers. Knowledge of compression systems including scroll, screw and centrifugal technologies. * Understanding of electronic control systems for chillers and heat pumps, building management systems (BMS) is desirable. * Excellent presentation skills. Customer focus.
