Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive role based in Madrid. The person in this position will identify and develop new business opportunities, manage a portfolio of clients, and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Daily tasks include prospecting leads, conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to close deals. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, collaborating on promotional materials, and participating in events or presentations to strengthen brand visibility. The Sales and Marketing Executive will track performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand needs, and provide responsive support.
• Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management abilities, including prospecting, pipeline management, and meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in Training or coaching team members or partners to improve sales and customer interactions.
• Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, client-focused environment in Mexico City.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort using CRM tools,AI and basic office software to manage contacts, opportunities, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish; English or additional languages are an advantage.
